I am finding that the more lessons that I plan, the more excited I get about the prospect of having my own classroom. It is scary too of course.
As I think about the content and how my students will respond to the lesson I am filled with anticipation and excitement for me as well as my students. I have signed up to be a substitute in my local school district in hopes that I will have the opportunity to gain more hands on experience and to possibly infuse some of my excitement into the students. I know all days won't be a day in park, but I hope that my future students go home bettered in some way.
